Jayam Ravi: Kavalar Pothumakkal Award for Peranmai
The organization Kaavalar Podhumakkal Nalluravu has presented the Podhumakkal(People Award) Virudhu to the crew of Peraanmai recently..The award was given by R Periasamy, Tamilnadu Information Commissioner and Kavignar.K Balasubramaniam(Retd.Joint Director).
Director S.P Jhanathan, Actor Jayam Ravi, Actress Vasundhara, Liyasree, Dhanshika,Saranya and Krishnasamy(Ayngaran) were among the others who were present at the award function..
The Function was organised by C.Gandhimathi, S.G.Suresh, Palanikumar.

Jayam Ravi in Paiya Premiere Show
Paiyaa’s premiere show saw all the celebrities of Tinsel Town come to Satyam Cinemas, Chennai. Jayam Ravi and his wife, was seen! Other celebrities were Vijay and Mrs.Vijay, Simbu, Narain, and most other actors came in their casual-selves to see the action packed movie. Premji sat cozily next to Sona and enjoyed the movie, while Aishwarya Dhanush was seen sitting quietly.
Also in attendance were Gautham Menon, Hari and his wife Preetha, Venkat Prabhu, Jai and others. Tamannah appeared to be excited about the special screening of the movie, while director Lingusamy was relaxed. All the guests seemed to have enjoyed the movie and gave positive reviews at the end of the screening.

Jayam Ravi gets ready with Thillalangadi
Jayam Ravi is all smiles as his Thillalangadi is almost complete and his brother M Raja is canning the last song on the lead pair in AVM studio. It is his fifth film with Raja under his home banner and the success ratio of this duo cannot be doubted.
"Thillalangadi has all the ingredients - comedy, action, glamour and love - to make it a box office hit," said the actor. "The film has veteran actors like Vadivelu, Suhasini and Prabhu."
Jeyam Ravi at IBO Dance Studio Inauguration
Kamal Haasan was the cynosure of all eyes at the star studded launch of dance master Shobi's IBO Dance Studio this morning. Lalitha master is the dance director of the school and the duo was seen welcoming the guests together. Kamal lit the inaugural lamp and launched the dance studio along with Suriya, Radhika ,Ileana ,Jayam Ravi, M Raja, Editor Mohan and Raju Sundaram. Jayam Ravi's Next Aadhi Bhagavan
Aadhi Bhagavan is Jayam Ravi's next film after Thilalangadi! Aadhi Bhagavan comes with a tag line Kanmoodithanamana Kadhal which means irrational love. There were reports earlier that Jayam Ravi and Ameer would work together in Kannabiran but the director said that the project has been shelved for the time being. Ameer revealed that this is the first time he is making a film for a hero while for all his earlier films he would pick out the hero only after finalizing script. The music for this film is being scored by Yuvan Shankar Raja.
